EP 26  Men Who Care

Men Who Care is a caregiver support group that I have belonged to for over 2 years. It is sponsored by the Banner Alzheimer's Institute in Phoenix. It has been one of the most helpful resources that I have encountered in our journey. My only regret is that I waited way too long to join a the group. I hope that as I discuss my experiences with participating in a support group that it  will inspire you to consider joining a support group in your area.
